Poorly little lady

So I just got over Covid and my little lady is 18 months old and I think it’s Covid she’s got but haven’t tested her as don’t want to traumatise her doing it. But she is so poorly, barely eating. She just asked for dinner, made it she’s not touching it, drinking but nothing like before, we are keeping her topped up with calpol etc to help temp etc but now sounds like she’s loosing her voice at times and more out of breath. What else can I do to help her or would a gp look at her? Hate seeing her so poorly

My little one had Covid - he stopped eating. The only thing he wanted was water. And lots and lots of cuddles. This was around 10 months. It was heartbreaking to see.

Now at 17 months we just had flu- this was like next level worse than Covid. He threw up 3 times. Had high temp. Didn’t eat. Had to just give calpol, water and cuddles.

I hope your little one recovers quickly. Keep her warm- sometimes they have fever but feel cold, and shiver.
