I love both, Penelope, was on the list for this baby but no can do as I'm having a baby boy, lol. And I have a cat called Mazie-Grace so Maisie, would've been too close. We are going to call our boy, Theo. I really love the name Theodore but my partner isn't keen so most likely will use Theo instead of Theodore on birth certificate. Xx

Thank you! Im leaning towards Penelope but Maisie was my husbands grandma so he prefers that! Ahh my nephew is a Theo rather than a Theodore, both work, can always just go by Theo even if he's Theodore! I love Theodore! Our little one is Edward and goes by Teddy/ted/Edward, daddy wasn't keen on teddy so we called him Edward so he gets all three! Xx

Could you use both? If you love Penelope but Maisie was the name of your husbands grandma, could you use it as a middle name? Penelope Maisie *surname* xx

@Anna yes I'd love him to be Theodore on birth certificate so we shall see lol 😆 but we could just use Theo for short if we want then. I love the name/nickname Teddy.. we couldn't use Ted as that is what my partner's parent's dog is called, hehe. Xx

yes that's what we are maybe thinking! With Catherine as a middle name too for my grannie 🙂 I just couldn't decide whether to have Maisie Catherine or Penelope Maisie Catherine 🤔 xx
