Yes, I have diarrhea around twice a week usually. It’s not abnormal for me though I did before pregnancy too. I probably could be diagnosed with IBS. Just make sure you’re replacing fluids and electrolytes to ensure you don’t get dehydrated. And eat nutritious meals, because if you are having diarrhea often your body isn’t getting as many nutrients. Fiber can help bulk up stool as well.

yeah I have ulcerative colitis and deal with diarrhea but it has been in remission lately so I’m concerned.
