Ovarian cysts

Is it just cysts or is it that you have symptoms of pcos?

I had them with both iuds (mirena and paragard). They went away both times after removal. They can be very painful at times.

I’ve had them several times. They usually burst on their own and you would never even know. The bigger ones can cause pain very similar to ovulation cramping. If you go to your GYN they can do an ultrasound to confirm.

I've had surgery to remove a large cyst of my ovary a few years ago. While she was there she cleared both ovaries. The smaller cysts didn't cause me pain..but the large cyst felt like constant cramps and I couldn't sleep on my left hand side. The surgery was a Godsend.
