Swaddling
What are you guys doing in terms of swaddling? Are you trying it, definitely doing it or not even going to try? I’m still on the fence about it and would like your opinions

I swaddled my first born, I didn’t use the swaddle blankets tho I learnt to swaddle with normal blankets x
Also swaddled my first and plan to swaddle the second. I used zip up “swaddles” that were 100% easier than actually swaddling lol.
Swaddling worked great with my first! And wow he had to wear those gloves forever too bc he was scratching his face like crazy. I loved the velcro swaddles.
Health visitors now highly advise against swaddling as it prevents babies from self soothing, which is part of their development. So I won’t be swaddling my baby 😊
