Baby Merryn arrived

My little girl arrived a few days ago, 11 days early. My waters broke at 1.30am - this was the first sign of labour for me - and she was born at midday the same day.

I was able to use a birthing pool for all but the final few contractions, when I moved first to the toilet and then a birthing couch because her head was in a bit of an awkward position.
