So throughout my pregnancy my baby father wasn’t present so I got in a relationship with someone else who absolutely loves and adores my child he went to every appointment and nurtured me throughout my pregnancy even got his family involved after having my baby I realized having a child isn’t something I wanna do all over again it’s been a extreme roller coaster and so hard on me my partner doesn’t have any children and I feel extremely selfish for not wanting to give him a child in the future but then again I don’t because I’ve been single parenting since my baby been born he says he understands and that my baby is more then enough and he’s fine with not having his own biological kid but I don’t feel like he will feel that way forever….I just hate that I’m taking that from him ladies what’s your thoughts ??

Some men are ok with they believe him when he says it, but what's his age and where yall meet cause I wanna find someone 🥲
he’s 30 and he’s a nurse we worked together hahaha & before I had my baby he always talked about having another one until i basically shot him down that’s the only thing that makes me doubtful knowing that once before he wanted his own biological child dreams like that just don’t change I feel like..

Ahhhh I see I feel that maybe since baby is here he may feel fulfilled with raising yours together

Tbh, personally, I'd give him one. But if you don't feel comfortable with another child, don't have another child.
right and I totally agree and I would….if having a child was as easy doing as it is being said…pregnancy wasn’t easy on my body & motherhood is another fight of its own I would love to be able give him one and I would also love to give my child a sibling but I don’t think I can go through this process again mentally or physically and me being one and done is a healthy boundary I’ve set for myself & the sake of a child’s life

How old is your current child? That could make a difference on how you feel in the future. If your child is still somewhat young and you've been doing it alone, it could still be all too overwhelming right now but you might feel different in the future.
But also, some people DO change their minds like he is kind of doing. Sounds like he just wants you, and being there for your pregnancy was like him having one of his own almost.
But alsooo, it sounds like he was there during pregnancy yet isn't helping raise the child? If that's so, then he needs to stop talking and start doing. How could he make you feel comfortable to have another if he was there for the pregnancy but is making you feel like a single mother.
yes he is very young I literally just had him Dec.5th so you can imagine how life has been going for me and I have been doing it alone that just scares me because I don’t wanna be doing this alone again 😭

Don't feel bad! He seems very understanding and loving and knows it isn't easy bringing life into this world. Maybe in a few years you may change your mind and things might be really good with your man and then you might decide to have another baby. Don't rush and definitely not out of guilt.

And don't rush into another baby with this man especially since you know how hard it is to be a single mom. You def don't wanna end up being a single mom again or end up being a single parent to 2 kids and being in a relationship where your man doesn't help and support you the way you need it
