Snoring and congested with blood in tissue after blowing

Good morning,

I am 8 weeks and apparently I am snoring terrible is anyone else being told this?
To the point my partner will not sleep in the same bed as me!!!!!!!!!!!

And i am very congested and I keep getting blood clots when I blow they are mainly small blood clots

I have read nosebleeds are common in pregnancy due to the extra blood flow and pressure on the vessels so it’ll likely be that! Also happens in cold weather which it seems to be at the moment !
