How does drinking alcohol work while Ep’ing? Do I pump, test w strip and then dump if it’s not safe or is there more to it?

You can have a couple of drinks, the amount of alcohol that gets through to your milk is tiny. The test strips aren’t very accurate.

And never dump the milk. Use it in baby's bath
