Shankill- pregnancy yoga

Hi ladies, I'm new to the group. I have a 3 year old and 1 year old 🙃 living in Shankill. I've felt that there is a lack of pre and postnatal supports for women and families. So I'm starting a pregnancy yoga class in Shankill next Tuesday 16th January 2024. 7:30pm in St Annes Resource Centre. If you'd like to take a spot please let me know! I'm also hoping to set up a few postnatal supports in the next few months also so msg me if that's something you'd like to get involved in. Xxxx
