NHS says that you can’t have more than 200mg of caffeine per day so I’d say you are okay x

Just purely because it does to your baby what it does to you, spike of heart rate is the most concerning one

The recommended daily average is 200mg of caffeine.

Honestly, I wouldn’t worry too much about your consumption, that’s so small in comparison to many others.

I average 1-3 coffees a day sometimes and early on in pregnancy, I enjoyed my energy drinks too.

Both me and baby are fine.

Average guidelines usually are on the lower side because they know it’s natural for most people to be like “oh it’s only a bit over”, so they tend to drink more anyway.

I'd keep the coffee (instant over filter) and ditch the energy drinks. I was the same and switched to diet coke when I was pregnant, then caffeine free coke, but you are allowed a bit of caffeine so don't worry too much. My chocolate consumption went through the roof when i was pregnant and that contains caffeine so i prioritised where i was getting my caffeine rather than quitting altogether.
