Awful nappy rash
I feel absolutely awful but my LG has the runs I’m not sure whether it’s from teething but she pooped in her sleep. She woke up at 4am screaming in pain😭😭her front bum was red raw. I’ve slathered her with sudocream and have washed her with water and patted her down for each nappy change instead of wiping. I just hope it heals quickly it’s horrible seeing her in pain 😭

Don’t feel guilty! This happened to me once, I would say that metanium cream is better though for healing it! It’s amazing stuff!
Get the yellow Metanium cream (however it’s spelt) that settles it right down!
I second Metanium (the yellow one)!Its the only thing that when he has a nappy rash will clear it pretty quickly!! Don’t feel guilty, honestly these things happen x
