Cradle cap or eczema or both?

Hi my 4 months old has developed dry scalp/ cheeks (it's very itching). Gp has prescribed eczema cream but it looks to me more like it's a cradle cap? Can you please advise how to take care of it? My mum said you're supposed to oil it and brush it wvery day?Thanks a lot!

Looks like cradle cap to me. I used coconut oil on my daughters and a soft brush. Was all cleared in a few days xx

Cradle cap for sure, only thing that worked for me was the frida baby 3in1 and dentinox cradle cap shampoo, cleared it up in 2 days and it was really really bad x
