Narcissist ex wants dna through CMS when he knows he’s the dad. He loves power and wants to be on the birth certificate. Is it worth giving him what he wants ??

No let him fight for it on his own. Don't give into him if he's that controlling.
If he denies being her dad and you refuse a DNA test just be aware they'll close the child maintenance case. I've literally just signed the forms to give consent for a DNA when my ex knows my baby is his. But it doesn't mean he'll go on the birth certificate. He'd have to go to court for that

From what I'm aware of if he asks for a dna test and it proves his the dad he will then have to pay for that dna test but it definitely doesn't mean anything about the birth certificate
he told my mum I will apply for a child arrangement order etc once he gets the dna
