I think my 3 week old is suffering from reflux. After every feed (breastfed with some formula) she is really uncomfortable and vomits. Any advice on how to best handle this/ ease her discomfort? If I move to 100% formula are there any specific ones best for managing reflux?
And any brand of bottles that are best?

Sit her up more when feeding, winding after every ounce.. also infacol drops you can put in their milk might keep it at bay!xxx

As above - sit upright and horizontal bottle. Look up paced feeding. Colief drops are good, I’ve heard infacol can make reflux worse as the orange flavouring is acidic. She could also have CMA. A lot of CMA symptoms overlap with reflux. Try one thing at a time though so you know what is helping 😊

We're also struggling with this. Infacol seems to do very little for us, more of a placebo (doesn't make it worse tho). Had to change all our bedding twice last night 😬. Winding seems to help, even with breastfeeding sessions. Lots of rotating him on a knee...

If infacol isn't working for your lo's have you tried gripe water? Works like a dream for mine, for his acid reflux but also magic for trapped wind, I find if mine has the sour smell to his breath as an acid indicator then infacol is best but I usually give him two pipets full and then he settles... when it's bad I'll give infacol at the beginning of the feed and gripe water midway/end of the feed.. I do find giving either at the the end can be more difficult though because they're full and don't want to open up or swallow xx
