I’m so excited because this is my first time pregnant, but also afraid of EVERYTHING! Afraid of being in the car because I don’t want to get into an accident. Afraid to carry a heavy basket of laundry up the steps. Afraid to sneeze too hard 😅 My OB was like, “girl you gotta chill”. And I need to remember that these little nugget beans are more resilient than we think. 💪🏾 But still…😅😅 Any seasoned moms out there with advice on how to get over the anxiety?

Prayer!

No advice really other than to say it’s completely normal to feel the way you feel. My anxiety eased the more the pregnancy went along and I had the scans to show baby was ok. Within the first 12 weeks I must of had loads of private scans just to check baby was ok. I think pregnancy and having a baby comes with anxiety naturally 😂 it’s amazing what your body can go through. Congratulations ❤️

lol I’m in the same boat

Congratulations!!! Remember unless you’re at risk any activity you did before pregnancy isn’t gonna put bubba in danger ❤️ your feelings are totally valid, I hope you can manage your anxiety and have happy pregnancy!

How far along are you x

All I can say is to take it all in! The anxiety will go away. This is my second and I definitely have it again! But with each scan, flutter, kick, and movement, your worries will turn into excitement to meet your little one! It’ll get better!!

Thank you!! 🤍🤍
