If you really feel scared then contacting your professional is the best thing to do. But for reassurance; I, too, felt this way at 29 weeks. I felt like I was constantly in an asthma attack and I do in fact have asthma so I was worried like hell. I'm still fairly like this and lose my breath from just talking or trying to make it to the restroom at 33weeks! It makes me feel so useless because I know I'll have to take my maternity leave earlier than planned.

Do you have low iron and hb by any chance?
I will call midwife today because it doesn’t feel right
yes I have low iron but I have started taking the tablets recently

Could be a sign of preeclampsia, get checked x

Unfortunately it's normal (at least for my pregnancies), with my first I freaked out about it and my ob said it's fairly common and wasn't concerned at all

Since about 29/30 weeks I’ve had to start propping my upper body up a bit for bedtime as the weight of my boobs and belly would put pressure on my lungs and diaphragm. My doc and midwife have said that it’s pretty normal as Baby grows. They pretty much take over in the last stretch of their growth spurt lol
Light stretching and as I said sleeping slightly elevated have all helped me. I am no longer feeling that shortness of breath like I used to. Hope this helps 😁
