I had the shakes when in labour, kind of just felt like I had the shivers/was cold. They only really started when I was maybe 7cms dilated 🤔 I personally didn't find them too bothersome 🤷🏼♀️😊

I had the shakes and sweat’s throughout the entire labour. I had no pain relief so I think it was just the adrenaline pumping through my body.
Totally normal to freak out as well I was petrified up until i knew my baby was almost out.
Can’t praise my partner and the midwives for calming my nerves the entire time
You can do it mumma!

I had the shakes during labour and I couldn't stop them when getting the epidural which made it quite difficult (epidural didn't work anyway) but the shakes stopped when I started pushing- maybe cause I had something to really focus on. It's just like chills or shivers, it only bothered me when I needed to stop shaking for the epidural.
You'll do great lovely! And you won't even think about it once you have Bubs xx

I had the shakes really bad. Other than that I was completely fine.
Goodluck with the rest of your labour. You’ve got this. 🥰

I did! I didn't have any pain relief so I'm assuming it was the adrenaline

I had them from the minute I was induced until about 4 hours after bubs was born, a mix of adrenaline, pain, epidural and a fever. It was a very weird out of body experience as as much as I tried to stop it I couldn’t until they were stitching me postpartum then I made sure I was bloody still 😂😂

I’ve had them in both my labours pretty severe. I was induced on both occasions with only gas for pain. They hit me just as i transitioned but stopped as I moved to pushing. It was weird but not really an issue.
