My morning sickness has been all day sickness for over a week and now I am being sick loads of people say coke helps but I am sensitive to caffeine and terrified of losing the baby has anyone tried the diet Caffeine free coke/Pepsi and if so does it still help with morning sickness? I am really struggling and want a solution that doesn't hurt the baby!

I drink Fanta 😋
Also survived yesterday by sipping on a ginger shot 😅
Sorry no help on the coke!

I heard that nauseas happen for lack of magnesium. My friend is having supplements and is helping a lot. But don’t have caffeine with it as caffeine prevents you for absorption of magnesium and iron

How many weeks are you at this point?

I second this. I take magnesium every night and haven't felt nauseas at all. It also helps enhance progesterone production

As for the coke I have tried caffeine free - don't even notice the difference. That or cloudy lemonade / 7up free

@Kelly I've been taking magnesium for over a year and I'm on progesterone pessaries! I hope you're right about it stopping sickness!

I've always been someone who feels sick most of the time and since taking magnesium this has reduced ! But then again it may be too early.to have noticed the nausea yet. But fingers crossed

I recommend peppermint tea with no sugar, really good for the stomach! I'd advise against any diet/sugar free drinks that include sweetener aspartame as I was reading studies that showed that it has bad effects during pregnancy and it may cause autism in children.
