What products are you using? And how often are you moisturizing her hair?

I try to moisturize at wake & bedtime & right now I’m using curly kids leave in conditioner and coconut oil everyday

How old is ur baby? My son is bi racial I’m white and my husband is African American. My son is about to be a year old next week and I just get it wet with some water in a spray bottle and then spray with some leave in conditioner first, brush it all out and then I’ll put a little bit of the products I use because I have curly hair and then just blow dry it a little bit so it’s not super wet and can set his curls. His definitely still be dry and frizzy sometimes but I think it’s just from him rolling around and messing it up lol I also don’t wash his hair super often maybe once a week or every 2 weeks

Does she wear a bonnet or sleep on a satin if sheet?

Or silk

@Robyn my baby girl is working on being 2! She’s 1 though & yes i do the same it’s perfect while it’s wet but as soon as it dries it’s like i never did anything to it 🙄 maybe i should try to the blow dry but she’s scared of it lol but idk the leave in conditioner doesn’t seem to do anything unless im just using the wrong kind

@Venita yes i started her on the bonnet and she finally keeps it on but even when i take off her bonnet it’s dry underneath

What leave are you using? It could be oil… sometimes our hair gets use to the same product so we have to switch it up

My daughter is biracial and still doesn’t have any hair 😭
