As you can see his hair looks abit dry :(

You might get more luck on a natural hair group on fb or reddit :) Good luck <3

Use childsfarm prouducts. It works so well on my daughters hair and her hair is super curly like mine.

Coconut oil would be great. But coconut oil is a sealer so try using hydrating hair products like my little coco then coconut oil to retain the moisture

I’d look into Afro Hair Candy on instagram https://afrohaircandy.co.uk/products/set-of-3-afrohaircandy-infants-hair-care-set I’ve used this set on my son since he was 2 weeks old - we also occasionally use coconut oil and his hair is long and soft - he is now 4 months old. The main thing with Afro hair is to keep it well moist so it doesn’t break or matte.

Coconut oil is definitely good for providing moisture. You are also doing what you need to get information from people who know what products are good for similar hair type as you child. My mom used to ask people she met at stores and that’s how she learned how to do my hair as it’s curly and course. You’re doing great mama.
