Spot

I have a spot on one of my flaps. I’m not sure if it’s an ingrown hair or not. There’s no whitehead but it’s really sore. Obviously can’t post a picture for obvious reasons! Just wondered if anyone has had anything similar before? Will contact the doctors in the morning for an appointment just to get it checked!

I had one that was an ingrown hair that worked its way out, it was super painful too. But always best to double check the with GP ❤️

I get these quite often, they are called bartholin cysts. My GP said if they keep happening they can be removed but that sounds kinda scary to me 😂 I find a damp flannel as hot as you can manage will help and ibuprofen 😊 https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/bartholins-cyst/

Yeah I have to sit in some very unladylike positions 🤭 they happen more I find if I wear tighter clothing or I'm on my period and use scented pads or something
