Gel Nails

I am used to doing my own gel nails at home. Is this safe in the 3rd trimester? Trusty ole Google isn’t very clear 😐 I haven’t been doing them since I’ve been pregnant but I want to feel a little pampered the more uncomfortable I get 😂

My doctor said “if you don’t want a newborn breathing it in neither should you” Like I would go get my nails done with a newborn if the car seat had a blanket over it so the baby wasn’t breathing in dust. Same goes for you just wear a mask.

I’ve been doing my own gel polish this whole pregnancy. I think it’s safe as long as you aren’t inhaling toxic chemicals in the air from a nail salon.
