When did everyone start to produce milk? can you tell when this happens?

First pregnancy I had nothing until my son was born & even then it was a couple days later, this time round I’ve been leaking since 16 weeks😅x

I was leaking from about 15 weeks with my first x

Started leaking around 25 weeks but this was colostrum. After I gave birth my 'actual milk' came in around day 3 x
