Quinn for a boy?

My husband and I are having a son and we love the name Quinn, but are worried it's becoming more of a girl's name lately. Do you think it would still work for a boy?

I too associate it as a female name. What about Finn? Like short for Finley or Phineas?

I think Quinn is a great boys name. I always associated it with a boy anyway x

Could call him Quinton and use the nickname Quinn

I associate it with a girls name.

i like Quinn for a boy - although i agree it works for both genders, i personally associate it more as a boy's name. 🤷🏻‍♂️

if you are unsure, you could consider Quinlan - which definitely has a more masculine vibe - with Quinn as a nickname. another similar name you may like is Quade - or maybe Phineas or Finnian. 💙

I know of a couple of girl Quinns however I wouldve thought of it as more of a boy's name

My nephew is called Quinn and I think it’s a very cute name 😊.

Absolutely its unisex - definitely a personal preference for each unisex name. If you love it thats all that matters.

It’s totally unisex! I’ve known more boys than girls named Quinn and I think it’s super cute

Scan needed at 33 weeks

Hi ladies! I just had a midwife appointment (I am 33+5)..the midwife was different to my usual midwife. She's requested I have a scan within 72 hours as she said baby is measuring a little small, however, she did say that it's likely nothing to worry about and it's probably just her measuring me a bit different to my usual midwife. Has anyone else had this? Am a bit worried although babys heartbeat and movements are completely fine.

Finding out gender

Has anyone found out the gender at a private scan at 14 weeks? And has this been accurate?

I found out at 17 with my first but I know a scan place that offers from 14/15 weeks and I’m impatient 😂🥲

Rolling milestone at 5 months - What’s typical ?

Good morning ladies,

My daughter will be 5 months old tomorrow, but there’s still no sign of her rolling. She does tummy time and loves lying on her mat, playing with hanging toys above her and to the sides, but she only lifts her legs and doesn’t seem interested in rolling or moving sideways yet.

Anyone else the same or have your babies already learnt how to roll yet ?

Thank you
