You’ll be perfectly safe. I flew to Seattle on a long haul 10 hour flight when I was 11 going on 12 weeks and I didn’t do any of what your doctor recommended - I was fine and the baby is fine (had my 13 week scan when I got back to London) and I’m 16 weeks along now.

Yeah I went away in the first trimester. It was lovely.
There’s no guidelines against it till…..about 29 weeks I think. Go for it!

I went last time in my second trimester - London to Barcelona then San Francisco and back to London. I wore compression socks on the long US flights, was completely fine!

I travelled to America at 18 weeks and back at 20 weeks. Took blood thinners but didn’t bother with the socks 😂
Just walked around the plane every so often
Thank you !! So no one had blood thinner !
Great :)

I took the blood thinner but it was fine

Yes I went to futurventura when I had my first at around 24 weeks. It was in covid so a lot of restrictions but was still lovely x

I think you should be fine! After 28 weeks is when it is not recommended for you to fly.
