So if my partner works and I’m on UC (until my girl goes nursery then I can return to work) do I not qualify?

The 15 hours from April? no you don’t unfortunately, I spoke to my kids nursery managers and they explained that both parents have to work and earning at least £176 a week (i think it is, or thereabouts) to qualify. That’s each parent that has to earn that. But you can earn back up to 85% back on childcare cost with universal credit x
