Not everyone with pcos has fertility issues! So good luck ❤️ I have it too.
Try often and track your ovulation with ovulation test strips

That’s how I got pregnant with my first one, but since havin him I haven’t ovulated I’ve used test strips and drs run labs every 2 weeks :/

Even when they induce a period w meds no ovulation

Have you ever looked into taking Ovastil or Myoinositol? That’s what helped me to ovulate naturally after not being able to do so post PCOS diagnosis (just regulated my cycle for the first time at 32 as well). Best of luck mama ✨

@Hailey aww love I'm so sorry!! There was 4 years where I didn't have any kind of pregnancy scare at all, but then I cleaned up my diet and started doing very slight exercises and focused on my emotional health, I suddenly became pregnant. Pcos is shitty and unpredictable. There are medications you can start that over a short period of time may help you ovulate. I wish you all the luck and send baby dust. I believe in you and your journey!

I was working out as I want to lose weight but anything I work out I end up spotting for 430-45 min after the dr said working out is irritating my uterus causing bleeding

There's a book called Fix Your Period by Nicole Jardim, I read that and it gives you a lot of interesting information about how your diet can help, I lost my periods for over a year, went gluten free and changed some other things in my diet like the book suggests and my periods came back shortly after
