Duas for nazar

Always read Surah Al Fatiha, Al Ikhlas, Al Falaq and An Nas for yourself and your baby.

I always say this dua everyday when going out as well. Two angels will protect you on either side the whole day when you recite this dua.
Bismillah tuwakaltu al Allah wa la hawla wa la quwata ila bila.

How often do you sisters recite it? Once in morning and once before bed?

I recite the dua once in the morning. The verses of the Quran I recite 3x in the morning 3x before bed as well as ayat al kursi. The dua rayya sent you can recite once in the morning once at night

Also read Ayatul kursi sis and Surah baqarah. If you don't have time for long surah at times, leave it playing in your home/listen to them during the day and night etc

Doing lots of good deeds, staying away from haram, lots of ibadah and worship of Allah SWT is also a part of protection against harm

I’ve heard a lot of good things from people who have started reading astaghfirullah regularly. I try to make zikr and say this constantly throughout the day
