So my 5 month old baby has started to hate sleeping in his crib. He contact naps on me during the day or sleeps in the carrier or car seat if we’re out. I don’t know if it’s because of teething or the sleep regression. He used to do so well in his crib but all of a sudden that’s gone down the pan so now I have to co sleep with him in the night to get sleep myself. I’m worried that if he keeps contact napping on me or co sleeping with me, it’ll cause bad habits. Any advice?

We co-slept with our first for 18 months. Loved it and meant we all got better rest. Moved him to a floor bed in his own room after and he loves it. You can't create bad habits with bub, they will learn independence from the safety of being dependent in these early months, so if that's your only worry just settle into the cuddles and enjoy them! Promise he'll transition well when you're all good and ready
