it took me a while to get comfortable but i do recommend sleeping on ur left side with a pillow behind you and then sleep with a pillow between ur legs i do still have a hard time getting comfortable

I basically surround myself with and sleep on pillows. One for my belly, one for my legs, and one for my back.
It’s not fool proof though, I still wake-up with my back hurting or being being uncomfortable. But it’s the best method for me so far
What’s also helped is stretching before bed. I’m short, just over 4’10”, so the lower back pain is almost a constant

Being mindful of posture throughout the day while you walk around, pick things up, sit, ect. is important. I had to make it a priority to start stretching/ using the labor ball every morning and night cause sciatica and back pain was getting rough.
