I worked in nurseries at we always served a snack at 3pm. It was only light, ie a pancake, fruit, cheese, yoghurt etc and not an actual ādinnerā and would definitely need something when they got home

Our nursery do snacks around 3 and I definitely have to give her dinner around 5.30

Our nursery do tea around 4pm and is a hot meal and we pick her up about 5pm. I breastfeed her when we get in and sheās ready for sleep by not long after 6pm and has a 7oz bottle just before so she doesnāt need any extra food.
She gets 3 meals and 2 snacks between 8am and 5pm and I usually give her something to eat before we leave so I can eat some breakfast myself.

They have tea at 3.30āand I always offer something that we are eating.

My son has a smaller dinner at 4pm nursery so when he gets home we do a rusk and milk for 6:30ish as a supper then he has his bedtime bottle at 7/7:30

Sheās in 8-6pm technically but we often collect early.
They offer breakfast 7.30, snack 9.30, lunch 11.50, snack 3, tea 5/5.30.
Sheās not long started so isnāt really eating there so we always give breakfast before and dinner when home
