Exhausted but feel like a failing lazy Bi***
I’m 18 weeks and have a 3.5 year old. She goes to pre school 3 days a week until 2.15. I work weekends 6am-2pm and run a small Etsy business.
But I am so exhausted all the time I feel so lazy!! Today (child at pre school day) I have fulfilled a few orders and prepped a slow cooker meal but other than that I’ve lazed around all day. Mainly scrolling aimlessly on my phone!
I have zero energy to do anything else but have constant guilt for not doing more! The house isn’t even in that much of a state, (my partner is a great help) all the washing is done, it’s base level clean and tidy.. ok the bathroom could do with a deep clean and I should Hoover more often but I can’t shake the guilt even though my partner tells me just to chill 😫 anyone else feel the same? Anyone have any tips to get a kick up my arse to actually do more and feel loess like I’m being useless every day! I don’t understand how people work full time! I’m in bed as soon as my daughter is asleep!

I'm 18 weeks tomorrow and I have not much energy at all because hormones and the baby are swapping it right out of me like I get dizzy when I move around too much level tired 😴
So my partner is being understanding and has taken up a large portion of the chores and caring for our kids I'm doing quite minimal but I'm still sitting around with the kids and cuddles with the telly etc if I'm not falling asleep
But it's something some people just can't help unless your low in a vitamin sometimes hormones just kick your butt I'm always exhausted and ready to go bed when my oldest has gone to bed lol 🤣 not even asleep I'm like I'm going to bed too as I'm tired
But helping anywhere you can with odd chores shows appreciation and lifts a little off your partner that's what I do
I’ve been off work for a while due to severe sickness, but going back next week. But I have that lazy feeling too. Although sickness has subsided, and back pain has taken over!
