Intermittent Fasting while breastfeeding

I used to fast intermittently before my pregnancy- 4/5 days a week, between 14-18hrs. I’m almost 11 months postpartum and EBF, so think it’s safe to say supply is well established. Does anyone have experience of IF during breastfeeding? Did it impact your supply? I’m feeding my baby every two hours and she doesn’t take the bottle, and I need to lose a bit of weight, and fitting in exercise regularly is tough, so thought I’d go back to IF. It also used to help with my energy levels and brain fog, so hoping I see the same results again!

I waited until I was finished breastfeeding to IF… but i started as soon as I finished breastfeeding (but I switched her to whole milk at 12 months) I’m now 10lbs BELOW my pre-pregnancy weight!

I do intermediate fasting I don't eat past 7pm and eat breakfast at around 10am. It doesn't impact my breast milk at all I have alot though. I'm also very thin without excersize its actually healthier to live with intermediate fasting I've been like this ever since I was 19 and I don't really age either I look 16. I even did it while pregnant and my first baby was 10lbs at 39wks and second was 8lbs at 38 wks. I don't get sick either just 1 time a year. My kids don't get sick either and they don't have any allergies they're very healthy.

I'm currently 9 months PP with an established milk supply and I am IF. No breakfast. Salad and chicken for lunch around 2pm. My supply is dropping fast 🙃! I exclusively BF 😬...today I had a breakfast sandwich and slices of pizza and milk went back up! 🐄 so I'm forced to eat to sustain this milk supply
