Birthing Course Recs

Hey All, I’m in the process of choosing a birthing course for myself and my partner and I’m overwhelmed - they all either sound the same or not for me 😅 I’m a pragmatic person who wants to learn options available for delivery. Natural or with epidural or other pain relief options - I don’t know how it’ll go, so just want to be informed. Also, ofc I’d love to learn how to ease the delivery with beathing or any othe rmethods and how my partner can support me. Can you recommend a course for my preferences that you found useful yourself? Thank you 🙏
