TMI but anyone else dealing with this?

This is my second pregnancy (10 weeks) and the last week or two my vag has been smelling so different and strong to me. It’s not a fishy or unhealthy smell, it’s just strong compared to usual. Idk what to do, my sense of smell is crazy right now and it’s bothering me. My husband doesn’t notice it but I do and I don’t remember this part of pregnancy from last time, just postpartum I had a different smell for a few weeks. Is this normal? I bathe every day and use mild soap, what else can I do 😩

Yes, I'm 10 weeks today, and I've been having strong or strange smells as well, but make sure you don't have a bladder infection or yeast infection because they are common during pregnancy. This is my first trimester and first pregnancy but I do feel like it is common.

Also, do not take the medication pill. If it is a yeast infection, it is not safe for the trimester and can hurt your baby. I'm currently having reports to a hospital for neglect and lies about that medication.

Lol if there’s no infection just ignore it, you’re fine! Totally normal for everything to smell really strong when you’re pregnant. I smelled moldy bread from 2 rooms away and grocery stores always smell like trash 🤢

I use Always Fragrance Free Sensitive Soap, ive always been prone to yeats infections cause im sensitive down there and thats the only soap that i wash my cat with because it keeps yeast infections away and doesnt effect my pH

I noticed this. It smelled like a really clean smell (the only way to describe lol). And when I mentioned to my midwife she said it was perfectly normal.

You might notice more vaginal discharge than usual when you're pregnant. This is called leucorrhoea. It usually looks clear or white and doesn't have a strong smell. It's caused by a higher level of the hormones oestrogen and progesterone in pregnancy. It probably smells worse to you because you have a heightened sense of smell.
