I’ll be 5 weeks tomorrow and still have to wait 3 weeks for my OB appointment. I don’t want to wait that long to not taken vitamins.

I am on Instagram too much, so I ended up buying Needed in bulk. They are expensive so I signed up for 6months subscriptions then cancelled the subscription. They lack omegas and iron, so I had to find those in other supplements. It’s a lot of pills but covers your bases. especially if your appetite is off or you have morning sickness.

Take acid folicbthat is the most important thing so far for neural tube developing

I liked Fullwell for many reasons but one big one was the amount of choline it had. They’re pricey though and you have to take 8 each day.

Materna

I take one a day prenatal advanced! Package contains prenatal + choline pills. Started at 6 weeks & i take them every night before bed to help with any nausea. Had worked amazing for baby & I !

Take any prenatal. But take some.
Just make sure they have folate.
My OBGYN never told me what brand or kind to take. Just to take one.

I took various brands of prenatal multivitamins, just made sure it had DHA(my OB specified I should take one with that,) and lots of folate.

I take the Nature Made prenatal multi+DHA. The only thing it doesn’t have is Choline which I end up just getting from eggs or tofu in my daily diet. If you don’t like eggs or tofu - I’d definitely try to find something that has Choline!

I take nature made but anytime I see the doc and they have samples of the Enfamil sitting out I’ll take those. My OB did say to stay away from any of the gummy vitamins because they are missing something important I forget what she said
