Red spots on face
Hiya. My daughter woke up yesterday morning with this big red spot on her face (the one in the middle of her cheek). It was much bigger and redder yesterday and almost looked like a scratch. Then today she's woken with another one near her eye and she's got another one on the other side of her face. I've got no idea what they are. Does anyone have any ideas? Definitely not chickenpox as they're not blistered or HFM.

They look like bites to me, it could of been a bigger reaction yesterday hence why it was bigger x
My daughter gets little spots like these on her face every few weeks. Usually just one or two and then they go so I wondered if it was just a little blocked pore or something 🤔 are they bothering her?
