Hello, I'm 41. I'm 8 weeks and 5 days pregnant. This is my 4 pregnancy. One son at 23. I lost one baby in Oct 2022 at 6 weeks. Lost my other baby at 7 weeks in Oct 2023. This pregnancy has been doing a lot better. Im so happy about that. Last week, I had a little spotting of drown discharge. I called the doctor and had my get my blood done. My HCG at 7 weeks was 29,757. I started to get cramping after that. A few days later, the doctors had to get an ultrasound. Baby is looking great! Heartbeat is 157. Baby is right on point with everything else. Then yesterday, I had brown discharge with VJ cramps. I am just so worried about losing this baby. Please, any word of advice or if you went through the same thing, what was your outcome?

Hi Victoria, I lost my baby too last year and the second one the one I’m about to give birth got detached at week 8. What I was told was to take it really easy taking max 10 min walk at a time and just resting. Also I had to keep my mood in check to remain calm, it is so difficult knowing what can happen but distracting yourself, trying to keep your mind off the worst case scenario. I’m not sure how helpful this is but it was my experience and it worked

Just maybe take it easy and stay calm and rest a bunch I had brown spotting but it didn't end in loss so I think there is hope

One thing I can say mama is DONT STRESS! PLEASE DO NOT PUT THAT STRESS ON YOU & YOUR BABY! I had a miscarriage at 6 week pregnant back in December 2021. And here I am pregnant again 2 years later we made it to 16 weeks and 3 days! Just make sure you eat! Take your prenatals they’re very important and try not to think about it I heard alil discharge is normal so is cramping but if it becomes intense I would call your OB. Just don’t stress you got this love I’m praying you and your baby 💕

Noddy, thank you so much❤️. I'm trying not to stress. It's so hard. I'm so happy for you❤️.

I’m happy for you as well you got this! 🧸

I (41) had some too and midwife was super chill about it which made me feel better. As long as heart beat sounds strong and you’re putting on good weight :) I hope you have a good support system around to calm your nerves and enjoy this pregnancy ❤️ I have a son that’s in his 20’s too btw!

Harmony, you guys are my support team❤️. My boyfriend is a busy man. He has been there for me as much as he can. Telling me to please don't stress.

Now that’s it’s been a few days… You feeling better Victoria? Sending hugs!
