Breech Baby at 38 weeks ECV

I hope it goes well! Currently 37 weeks and baby has been breech the entire time. The doctor said they would call me to get my ECV done but not heard back from them yet. Considering not getting it done but I’m not sure atm. Please do update on how it goes x

Thankyou. And good luck to you to. My baby has been head down since December and at my 36 week growth scan she still was so my 38th week appt friday was a shock! I’ll let you know how it goes! I’m booked in but not sure if I want to go ahead or not x

glad it worked! Also I heard some were left with bruises for 4 days after so it’s reassuring to hear it wasn’t painful . Did they give you the womb relaxant injection and gas & air?

I got to my appt and she had turnt. So now just a waiting process now!

On her own! So didn’t have the procedure ☺️

Is there anything you tried in particular that helped? Baby is still breech for me - I’ve been trying a few spin baby/ yoga poses.

Also could you tell that baby had flipped from your bump? it’s a bit obvious for me as my bump is top heavy, but I could be wrong.

Not really she turnt naturally! Yes it was top heavy and the bottom definatly went looser!

I have high waters.. does that make it harder to flip baby?
