What to do

My 3 month old really makes a clicking sound when she’s feeding, especially her last feed at 6pm, she’s on mam bottles and I have been to one tongue tie specialist who said she has a very tiny tongue tie which she wouldn’t really class as one or cut, high platte, she content and happy and sleeps well so I don’t know what to do?

It just puts me on edge when I feed her and hear her clicking

Have you tried different teats? It could be due to the high palette she needs one designed for that? I think the lansinoh ones are for this

My daughter used to do this, she also had a slight tongue tie. But they won’t correct it on the nhs anyway - unless the baby is breast fed. My girl also had mam bottles and one day she just stopped clicking, if I’m correct it was around the 3/4 month mark. If she’s happy and feeding well I wouldn’t worry to much x

Can indicate so many different things, tongue tie included but also incorrect teat size, flow level and poor latch in general. If she’s happy, content, well fed etc try not to worry so much but I would definitely have a mixed around of the teats and check her latch nice open mouth, lip down etc x
