Aptamil vs Kendamil

My LO (7 weeks) is currently on Aptamil and has done really well on it so far, but the last few days I’ve noticed he’s started being a little sicky, not always finishing his bottle, asking for it but then spitting it out and having to really force his bowel movements which is making him cry. Will changing him to Kendamil help this?
