Raspberry tea

I’ve bought this one - not tried it yet though as baby is still breech 🙄.

I used hottea mama last time round which was nice enough, I just couldn’t justify the price this time when the ingredients look the same as this one.
(No convinced it really made any difference to labour etc 😂)

I bought this tea and it tastes great. Not sure how effective it is cause I am only 36 weeks but fingers crossed it helps.

I got one from Holland and Barrett I loved it but it didn’t do anything to help me x
