I had my baby 9 weeks ago and I was huuge when pregnant. I've lost weight quickly and now I have a really saggy belly with massive dark stretch marks. When I jiggle my belly wiggles. Not to be rude at all but my belly looks like i used to be very fat and lost excessive weight.
It's making me really body conscious and I don't feel very sexy at all. I used to sleep naked all the time and I don't even want to be seen naked now. I'm going to start exercising next week as I had a c section and waiting for the ok from my doctor. Does anybody have advise on how to shift this kangaroo pouch asap!? And what about these awful stretch marks?

Girllllla I feel this! I’m not sure about the stretch marks but Pilates has been a life saver for tightening the core. Apple fitness + usually has a promo and they have great quick classes

Stretch marks heal by themselves good moisturiser and oils to help the skin heal and time they are natural to have after pregnancy 💕 mine look like silver jewellery almost now
But the lower pouch is mainly just strengthening lower core muscles and good body nutrition to help your tummy skin recover and get more tightness
I had a c section before be gentle with your body there isn't a rush even if it's uncomfortable and not great to see it's like rushing someone to start running again after they seriously injured their leg
(It takes like 6 months to get back 70% of your original ab muscle to recover for example)
They do have to cut through muscle and everything so healing is a little different to vaginal births to c sections and everyone heals and recovers differently so please try start gentle to build a foundation back up while your muscles re heal on the inside which is not an easy job x

Thank you

I use this one by Clarins. Granted I did start using it while pregnant around my tummy and butt so no stretch marks there. I missed my love handles though so currently applying it there so the stretch marks don’t look so bad. https://amzn.to/3I2qWdO

Stretch marks will fade over time. You can use a firming cream, B-flat is a good brand. And start crunches/squats, the good thing with those is that it indirectly works on the pelvic floor as well so you’re working your abs, glutes/ass, and pelvic floor all at the same time.

Hi Amy those dark stretch marks will change there color. But I had dark stretch marks but now they are slowly changing to my skin tone. I am not sure if we can get rid of stretch marks or not.
