Do his lips look normal they kinda look like they have a big blister on both lips or is this Normal more pics in comments

That’s normal
they look normal to me, as someone who’s had a baby that used to get blisters all the time from sucking. he grew out of it, but if it’s blisters, than more then likely you’ll see the blisters dry up and that’s how you can tell too
They’re called milk blisters, will happen to most babies. Not too serious but can mean they don’t have a great latch/ fall asleep feeding. I wouldn’t be too concerned but if you feel they aren’t eating well you can talk to lactation/ feeding specialist
