What prenatal are you all taking? I have an old bottle from Ritual from my chemical in July and have been taking that one, but I’ve been reading mixed reviews and I’m unsure if that’s the best option long term for this pregnancy. Accepting recommendations 💕

I've been taking Garden of Life Raw prenatal and I feel really good about the ingredients (methylated folate and no retinol type vitamin A or fillers, etc) BUT I'm discovering I need something without iron in it (the constipation is real 😔). I still suggest it if you need/your body tolerates iron! Definitely interested in what others are using. I see my midwife tomorrow and plan on asking her for a recommendation

I take One a day Prenatal Advanced and while it gets the job done I’ve noticed when I burp I have a less than ideal taste left in my mouth, so if youre sensitive to taste and smell don’t get these!

I’m taking Lemme Mama right now. I appreciate the minty taste. It’s the brand owned by Kourtney Kardashian which is actually kind of a turnoff to me but it’s a legit prenatal.
Last pregnancy I used Thorne brand and it was great. Might switch back to that. I’m waiting to get bloodwork back to see if there’s a specific one that might target my specific needs better. But Thorne was great, my first baby has a super high apgar score and could hold his head up on his own right out of the womb 🤯

I’ve been using Thorne and I really like that it has a lot of folate in it! I just hate that you have to take 3 pills for it.

I take the gummies
I’m really liking the reviews for Thorne and I’m thinking I’ll give it a go. I also researched Perelel vitamins and apparently they are great but it’s like 5 pills

I used Ritual every day for my first pregnancy, and I’m doing the same for this one as well!

I like perelel! My sister took ritual and had a perfectly healthy pregnancy and baby

same as . I used ritual all with my last pregnancy and now this one as well

I take Perelel! The taste is not the best and there are a lot of pills, but they’re all purposeful! I like the fact they’re founded by OBGYNs too! 🫶🏻

I love pink stork for all my pregnancy and postpartum supplements! They’ve been fantastic!

I’ve been trying the prenatal vitamin bar - Tend! During my last pregnancy it was tough taking 5 pills everyday (esp with morning sickness!)

Mommy's Bliss prenatals has been good for me this pregnancy. I took One a Day for my last one but it's been upsetting my stomach this go round so I switched

I’m taking FullWell prenatals and their fish oil! Iron is separate too, but I’m waiting for my bloodwork so my doctor can recommend the amount of iron! I researched quite a bit and these came out on top in comparison with affordability. The only thing that sucks it’s that it’s 6 prenatals pills + the two fish oil pills + whatever else my OBGYN will recommend 😮💨🥲 but I just split it between bites/drinks and so far so good.
