Small white looking bumbs
Anyone ever have tiny white looking bumps under their eyes? If I glide my finger across it I can’t feel it I can only see it as if it’s under the skin. They appeared out of nowhere.

Maybe ur eye cosmetic isn't suiting u, try stopping a eyeliner or mascara for a while n try, also try over the counter eye lubricant. And warm up some water, just warm, n apply cotton pads on ur eyes for a better blood circulation. It should be fixed in a week.
Agree with the previous comment, have you used any new eye makeup products or eye creams? If so, stop and see what happens. Try the warm water, but if it doesn’t work it could be milia (I used to be an aesthetician). You could always go see a dermatologist.
