Cat behavior books

My 22 month old and cat are having communication issues. He gave her a loving head boop the other day and she reacted like he'd attacked her. I'm looking for a book that will help her understand what the cat is trying to tell her. Any suggestions?

I say this gentle but Please protect your baby. She does not understand because she has not grown to understand a whole other specie. You do but your baby does not yet best to keep them apart when you are not their to supervise because if you baby reacts and you are not their you can never tell if the cat will also react out of instinct and fear. Your baby is irreplaceable. Please becareful
