Pain in right side after ectopic

I had an ectopic Dec ‘23. Had my right tube removed via laprascopic surgery. I’m now in my TWW and since ovulation I’ve been experiencing pains in my right side where I had pains from my ectopic, is this normal, did anyone else experience this?

I had this during my TWW (right side removed also), it used to hurt more especially when I was bloated ect too. I’m currently 22+3 weeks pregnant, sending you all of the baby dust💞✨
