For those that are having their second baby like me, have you thought about how you’re going to introduce them to their older sibling?..
My little boy is 2, and ideally I’d have him come to the hospital but just wondered everyone’s opinions on this!
Also, if anyone has any ideas of something baby can get their older brother as a present to make sure he still feels special please give me ideas..
Thank you!

Ideally my daughter won't be coming to the hospital (depending on how long our stay is) but they'll have to meet the new baby at their grandparents (my parents) house as we will have to collect her from theirs on the way home. They live local to our hospital but our house is around 40 mins away and my parents don't drive

I've heard it's good not to be holding baby when you introduce them. I'll be having my second as well, so this is only things I have seen online. But say you'd just got home from the hospital and baby was still in the car seat, you then have both of your hands free to give the older sibling your time and cuddles whilst you introduce them. I think I will try this as I will have been away from my little girl from the birth and I want her to feel loved and know that I missed her, whilst also being excited to meet her new brother or sister xxx
